Transcendental Meditation
TM technique involves the use of a sound or mantra, and is practiced for 15–20 minutes twice per day. During which time one is to use the mantra to facilitate the “emptying of one’s mind” in preparation to receive. Transcendental Meditation movement touts this as a method for relaxation, stress reduction, and self-development. They totally avoid discussing the spiritual roots/purpose of this practice. Varying views on whether the technique is religious or non-religious have been expressed including by sociologists, scholars, and a New Jersey court case. However, if you ask anyone from the East, they will clearly tell you, that you cannot separate the physical aspects of the Eastern Disciplines from the spiritual. Everything about these Eastern Disciplines is designed to open you up to receive demonic spirits which the adherents call the God force.

TM is reported to be one of the most widely practiced, and among the most widely researched, meditation techniques, with hundreds of published research studies. However, even with all this research, they find it "impossible to say whether or not it has any effect on health, as the research to date is of poor quality". Source: Wikipedia
The Transcendental Meditation program and the Transcendental Meditation movement originated with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of the organization, who introduced the TM technique and TM movement in India, in the mid-1950s. "the Maharishi began publicly teaching a traditional meditation technique" learned from his master, which he named Transcendental Deep Meditation and later renamed Transcendental Meditation. The Maharishi taught thousands of people during a series of world tours from 1958 to 1965, expressing his teachings in their spiritual and religious terms. In the 1960s and 1970s, in order to increase the worldwide acceptance of TM, the Maharishi hid the spiritual and religious aspects of his program and shifted to a more technical presentation. The programs received a greater reception due primarily to this fact, along with Hollywood’s contribution of celebrity endorsements and claims that the scientific research had validated the technique. He began training TM teachers and created specialized organizations to present TM to specific segments of the population such as business people and students. By the late 2000s, TM already had millions of adherents, and the worldwide TM organization had grown to include educational programs, health products, and related services.

Among the first organizations to promote TM were the Spiritual Regeneration Movement and the International Meditation Society. Beginning in 1965, the Transcendental Meditation technique has been incorporated into selected schools, universities, corporations, hospitals, Churches and prison programs across the US, Latin America, Europe, and India.

In 1977, a US district court ruled that the curriculum in TM and the Science of Creative Intelligence (SCI) being taught in some New Jersey schools was indeed religious in nature and therefore, in violation of the First Amendment. The technique has since been included in educational and social programs around the world. The Transcendental Meditation technique has been described as both religious and non-religious but there is no denying that is rooted in Hinduism.

The public presentation of the TM technique over its 50-year history has been praised for its high visibility in the mass media and effective global propagation, and criticized for using celebrity and scientific endorsements as a marketing tool. Advanced courses supplement the TM technique and include an advanced meditation program called the TM-Sidhi program. The movement includes many associated programs based on the Maharishi's interpretation of the Vedic traditions. In the U.S., non-profit organizations included the Students International Meditation Society, AFSCI, World Plan Executive Council, Maharishi Vedic Education Development Corporation, Global Country of World Peace and Maharishi Foundation. The successor to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, and leader of the Global Country of World Peace, is Tony Nader. Main article: Transcendental Meditation technique

What is the Truth About TM and Hinduism? This is an excerpt from the excellent site linked below.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of Transcendental Meditation, died February 6, 2008 in his Dutch home in Vlodrop, Netherlands. For nearly five decades he had promoted throughout the world the Hindu practice known as T.M. He built T.M. into a multi-million dollar organization, which includes Maharishi International University in Fairfield, Iowa. The Natural Law Party, active in American politics, also came out of his movement.

Maharishi, who promoted the Indian Hindu schools of Vedanta and Yoga philosophy, sought to sell his Hinduism to the West under the veiled deception of pseudo-scientific language. Using terms like “the Science of Creative Intelligence” and “Natural Law”, he sought to make acceptable his Hindu religion to the western scientific mind. In reality, his writings and teachings show these terms to be merely a pseudo-scientific euphemism meaning Hindu Monism and Pantheism, that All is One and All is Impersonal. Transcendental Meditation was in reality a “short cut” version of Raja Yoga or the meditative technique of Astanga Yoga.

In his commentary, “On the Bhagavad-gita”, Maharishi said, “The aims of each system of Indian philosophy are fulfilled through the practice of transcendental meditation.” What is this philosophy that Maharishi brought to the West? Following the Vedanta school of Hinduism, Maharishi taught the unity of all things: that the entire universe and all existence are of one impersonal essence or nature. Maharishi teaches that the physical, personal world is illusion; only the transcendent and spiritual are real. Man in his true nature is said to be impersonal. The illusion of the physical, personal existence of man merely produces suffering in life. To eliminate suffering, says Maharishi, one must eliminate the physical, personal realm of existence.

In order to transcend this illusory, physical world and achieve a state of enlightenment, or oneness with the impersonal cosmos, Maharishi said a person must use the yoga technique of Transcendental Meditation. Though it was claimed by followers not to be religious, the entire teaching and practice is clearly Hinduism. In order to practice T.M., a follower is required to go through an initiation ceremony bowing before an altar of a Hindu guru. At the ceremony they receive a Hindu “mantra” or word on which they are to meditate on during the practice of transcendental meditation.

The bottom line is that Maharishi and Transcendental Meditation promote the ultimate rebellion against the Creator. They deny the infinite personal Creator/God and replace Him with an impersonal All or Brahman/Atman of Hinduism. They also deny the physical personal creation and replace it with an impersonal spiritual cosmos. The sad reality of T.M. is that an impersonal universe never loved or cared about anyone. Only a personal Creator loves and cares for His creation. True Biblical Meditation is not an inward, subjective descent into yourself as T.M. promotes, but an outward objective ascent to the personal Creator who “so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life!”

If you will notice in the following excerpt from a Buddhist website, you will see a couple of familiar hand gestures. They are use quite often in public forums, especially the one Maitreya is flashing on the left, and it is shown again, on the upper right. Look familiar? It should, they flash it everywhere. It has come to be known as the Sign of Anti-Christ 666.

TANTRIC SYMBOLS - Buddhist

MUDRAS - SACRED GESTURES

To make the tantric experience complete, actions of one's body, speech and mind are to be transformed. A typical example of the actions of the body is the practice of mudras. These are movements and positions of the hands which have profound symbolic meaning. One uses mudras to symbolize for example the various offerings, but they also convey general meanings like e.g. teaching or meditation.

The image on the left is a virtual image of the planned Maitreya statue in Bodhgaya. It happens to be an unconventional posture to depict Maitreya: his right hand on the knee signifies giving refuge and loving compassion to all beings; the left hand at his heart is in the teaching (Dharmachakra) mudra:

Sometimes the meditation mudra is performed with both hands on top of each other in the lap as the image above shows.

A View on Buddhism/Tatranic Symbols

Notice the thumb and index finger are pressed together to symbolize the united practice of method and wisdom, and the three remaining fingers are raised to symbolize the Three Jewels of Refuge - Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. To the top right is an image of the teaching mudra when performed with both hands

The image on the lower right represents a traditional depiction of Shakyamuni Buddha, just after his enlightenment. His right hand touches the earth to symbolize it has witnessed his enlightenment (bhumisparsha mudra), and his left hand is in the meditation mudra.

Mindfulness is a modern movement, appropriated from ancient Buddhist roots, and clinically innovated by Jon Kabat-Zinn. The practice of mindfulness involves being aware moment-to-moment, of one’s subjective conscious experience from a first-person perspective. When practising mindfulness, one becomes aware of one’s "stream of consciousness". The skill of mindfulness can be gradually developed using meditational practices that are described in detail in the Buddhist tradition. The Five-Aggregate Model, an ancient link between mind and body, is a helpful theoretical resource that could guide mindfulness interventions. The term "mindfulness" is derived from the Pali-term sati which is an essential element of Buddhist practice, including vipassana, satipaṭṭhāna and anapanasati. It has been popularized in the West by Jon Kabat-Zinn with his mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program.Mindfulness is also an attribute of consciousness long believed to promote well-being. Large population-based research studies have indicated that the idea of mindfulness is strongly correlated with well-being and perceived health. Studies have also shown thatrumination and worry contribute to mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety, and that mindfulness-based interventions are effective in the reduction of both rumination and worry.Clinical psychology and psychiatry since the 1970s have developed a number of therapeutic applications based on mindfulness for helping people who are experiencing a variety of psychological conditions. Mindfulness practice is being employed in psychology to alleviate a variety of mental and physical conditions, such as bringing about reductions in depression symptoms, reducing stress, anxiety, and in the treatment ofdrug addiction. It has gained worldwide popularity as a distinctive method to handle emotions.Clinical studies have documented the physical and mental health benefits of mindfulness in general, and MBSR in particular. Programs based on MBSR and similar models have been widely adapted in schools, prisons, hospitals, veterans centers, and other environment. Source: Wikipedia

It is important to address the fact that breathing, physical posture, visual focus, lights and sounds, are all very connected to the realm of the spirit. And that altered states of consciousness are the number one guarantee of demonic presence. When you "empty your mind" and open yourself up, that is an open invitation to spiritual entities. Since the Creator does not allow his messengers to interfere with humans except as HE sends them, I can guarantee the entities that will be moving in, will not be friendly! The Creator placed a veil between the realms for a very good reason. TO PROTECT YOU! The fallen ones cannot possess you, unless you give them permission to enter. That is why they go to such elaborate ends to fool you into inviting them. Be not deceived, when you practice these things, you are inviting them.

I included the above section, to demonstrate that though they are continuing to mask over the religious and spiritual roots of these practices to make them palatable to a public that is getting wise, the truth is still the truth. Here is what God said to me... "Cynthia, if you ever want to know if anything is something you should be involved in or not, FIND THE ROOT. The root is the only thing that matters. Everything else is a lie, a cover up, a facade, a deceit."

At this point you are probably asking yourself, why are we looking at religious practices? I thought we were talking about Magic. Well, if you are not already seeing the common thread, give yourself time. Stay with me. As we move through these articles, it will begin to be very clear, how all of this is tied together and just how pervasive the evil scheme has been.
