How to be Saved

Who will not enter Heaven

Galatians 5:19-21  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, Witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envying, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

First you must realize that you are a sinner.

Romans 3:23  All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. 

What is the result of sin?

Romans 6:23  For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Then you must believe that God loves you. 

John 3:16-21 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God

Gods remedy for sin.

John 1:12  But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

1st. Corinthians 15:3-4 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;  And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Everyone can be saved

Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Pray a prayer similar to this one and if you truly mean it, Jesus will hear you, come into you life and save you.  
Lord Jesus, I believe in you and I repent and ask for forgiveness of my  sin. I know I have done wrong in your eyes many times and I cry out to you now. Help me Lord and come into my life and change me forever. I believe you died on the cross of Calvary and were raised from the dead 3 days later. I now receive and  confess you as my Lord and Savior. I renounce satan and the ways of the world. Lord make me yours and cleanse me from all unrighteousness.  Thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen

Your assurance that you are saved.

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

1st John 5:13-14 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

John 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

You must also confess him before men.

Matthew 10:32-33  Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

Luke 12:8-9  Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.

Now you need to get into a Bible believing church. Watch out for false doctrine and other things that are not of God. Read your Bible. You  should use an Authorized King James Version. All others are corrupt in one way or the other and you should not rely on them for truth.
