One of the primary agencies that Satan has worked through in the past and is still working through today to keep people entrapped in deception is none other than the Roman Catholic Church. That is one of the reasons that the Bible clearly identifies this entity by its unique and obvious characteristics, multiple times in the scriptures, in both the Old and the New Testaments.
It is no wonder that the Roman Catholic Church has so relentlessly, both overtly and covertly, made war upon the Bible and its faithful adherents. The Roman Catholic Church of the Dark Ages, wherein hundreds of thousands were killed for standing for the faith of the Bible and liberty of conscience, is the same today. Both the “Black Pope”, officially called the Jesuit Superior General, and the “white Pope,” Pope of the Roman Catholic Church, who is also a Jesuit, have recently been extremely vocal in opposing the plain teachings of the Bible.
However, this should come as no surprise considering that these men represent an organization that not only claims to be able to change God’s law, specifically the fourth commandment, but also asserts that it’s bishops can literately recreate God in a process called transubstantiation. The Roman Catholic Church is rooted in paganism and spiritualism in many different guises. To accomplish its work of deception, Satan is represented as anything other than what he really is.
Recently, The Catholic News Agency reported on the black Pope, denying the existence of Satan. The Superior General of the Society of Jesus said Aug. 21 that the devil is a symbol, but not a person.
The devil, ‘exists as the personification of evil in different structures, but not in persons, because is not a person, is a way of acting evil. He is not a person like a human person. It is a way of evil to be present in human life,’ Fr. Arturo Sosa, SJ, said Wednesday in an interview with Italian magazine Tempi. ‘Good and evil are in a permanent war in the human conscience and we have ways to point them out. We recognize God as good, fully good. Symbols are part of reality, and the devil exists as a symbolic reality, not as a personal reality,’ he added. Sosa has offered controversial comments about Satan in the past. In 2017, he told El Mundo that ‘we have formed symbolic figures such as the Devil to express evil.’”
What is even more telling is that Roman Catholicism claims to believe that Satan is a real being. “The Catechism of the Catholic teaches that ‘ Satan was at first a good angel, made by God: ‘The devil and the other demons were indeed created naturally good by God, but they became evil by their own doing.’” While this may be the church’s official teaching on paper, it really believes something opposite. What better way to deceive its members, by espousing particular teachings while in practice going against it. “Sosa has offered controversial comments about Satan in the past.
In 2017, he told El Mundo that ‘we have formed symbolic figures such as the Devil to express evil.’ After his 2017 remark generated controversy, a spokesman for Sosa told the Catholic Herald that ‘like all Catholics, Father Sosa professes and teaches what the Church professes and teaches. He does not hold a set of beliefs separate from what is contained in the doctrine of the Catholic Church.’”[3] By holding to these teachings, individuals make themselves susceptible to the influence of demonic spirits.
For Jesuits, however, they knowingly invite communication with the spirit world through their spiritual exercises/spiritual formation practices which originated from Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Jesuit Order. It is no wonder that the Jesuit Superior General, Arturo Sosa would say that the Bible must be reinterpreted. I wonder who should “reinterpret” the scriptures in his estimation. Surely the very Roman Catholic Church that has not only reinterpreted but also rewrote the Ten Commandments and now the Lord’s Prayer.
“None are in greater danger from the influence of evil spirits than those who, notwithstanding the direct and ample testimony of the Scriptures, deny the existence and agency of the devil and his angels. So long as we are ignorant of their wiles, they have almost inconceivable advantage; many give heed to their suggestions while they suppose themselves to be following the dictates of their own wisdom.
This is why, as we approach the close of time, when Satan is to work with greatest power to deceive and destroy, he spreads everywhere the belief that he does not exist. It is his policy to conceal himself and his manner of working…It is because he has masked himself with consummate skill that the question is so widely asked: ‘Does such a being really exist?’ It is an evidence of his success that theories giving the lie to the plainest testimony of the Scriptures are so generally received in the religious world.”
The Jesuit “white” Pope, Pope Francis, has also made blasphemous statements that not only contradict the Bible but that also demote Jesus and His earthly ministry. In his own words, “The cross shows us a different way of measuring success. Ours is to plant the seeds. God sees to the fruits of our labors. And if at times our efforts and works seem to fail and not produce fruit, we need to remember that we are followers of Jesus Christ and his life, humanly speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the cross.” Regarding Luke 2:41-52, and making a case for individuals to pray to Mary (which is blasphemy), he also stated, “We know what Jesus did on that occasion…Instead of returning home with his family, he stayed in Jerusalem, in the Temple, causing great distress to Mary and Joseph who were unable to find him. For this little ‘escapade,’ Jesus probably had to beg forgiveness of his parents. The Gospel doesn’t say this, but I believe that we can presume it…Returning home, Jesus surely remained close to them, as a sign of his complete affection and obedience.”
Is it ironic that the Jesuit “black Pope” would make statements concerning the devil and the Jesuit “white Pope,” who claims to be the Vicar of Christ, but really is the anti-Christ, would make statements concerning Jesus? Let us not forget the aims of the Papacy, and its militia, the Jesuit Order, to better understand its movements today. “Throughout Christendom, Protestantism was menaced by formidable foes. The first triumphs of the Reformation past, Rome summoned new forces, hoping to accomplish its destruction. At this time the order of the Jesuits was created, the most cruel, unscrupulous, and powerful of all the champions of popery. Cut off from earthly ties and human interests, dead to the claims of natural affection, reason and conscience wholly silenced, they knew no rule, no tie, but that of their order, and no duty but to extend its power.
The gospel of Christ had enabled its adherents to meet danger and endure suffering, undismayed by cold, hunger, toil, and poverty, to uphold the banner of truth in face of the rack, the dungeon, and the stake. To combat these forces, Jesuitism inspired its followers with a fanaticism that enabled them to endure like dangers, and to oppose to the power of truth all the weapons of deception. There was no crime too great for them to commit, no deception too base for them to practice, no disguise too difficult for them to assume. Vowed to perpetual poverty and humility, it was their studied aim to secure wealth and power, to be devoted to the overthrow of Protestantism, and the re-establishment of the papal supremacy…. To give them greater power, a bull was issued re-establishing the inquisition.”
We cannot afford to be ignorant of Satan and his chief agents’ devices lest they obtain an advantage over us. We must study the word of God like never before and allow it to sanctify us wholly, body, mind and spirit. Then we are to warn others of the deadly purposes of this math institution of iniquity and abominations.
