A video shows an “evil spirit” manifesting in the wrong person during an attempted exorcism on another person.
A man sitting against the wall goes berserk, flailing around and hitting the holy man with his fists. The “ religious leader”, seems to be in the process of performing the ritual on a different man.
Not being able to understand the language being spoken, and could not find a transcript of the video in English, I can’t tell if the “ religious leader” is speaking the name of Jesus and what other phrases he may be using. I my experience, this man is not a Christian and hence the reason for them being attacked by the demon possessed onlooker!
This is evidenced in scripture:
Acts 19:13-15 “Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, (in this case a Muslim religious leader, the holy man) took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? 16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.”

From the Sun UK – The video – believed to have been filmed in Pakistan – has been viewed tens of thousands of times online.
Some viewers suggested it may have been staged.
One commented: “Maybe. But they’re all nuts, those who think they’re possessed, those who pretend to cure, and all those that believe.”
