In this news report about the Kinnunen Family one thing is clear. There IS a history of the Sin Nature, a proclivity towards extreme violence that is being handed down through the family line from generation to generation. Left unaddressed this curse will not only continue but continue to escalate. Romans 7:11-18 “For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me. 12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. 13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful. 14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. 15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. 16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. 17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. 18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.”
Before Jesus took hold of Paul on the road to Damascus, Paul was a Pharisee, a VERY “ religious” man. He followed the letter of the law to a “T”. He believed himself to be righteous in everything. When Paul met Jesus, his life was changed. He was dedicated to serving Christ and gave it as much effort and energy as he did his old life. But even Paul found that he was struggling. Paul came to understand the SIN NATURE at work in his own flesh. He had to stay vigilant, diligent and committed, and even so could not stand without the assistance of the Holy Spirit. This is true for all of us. Though Christ has won the victory, the full manifestation of it is not yet come. We are still at WAR. The battle belongs to the Lord, but we must do our part.
Philippians 2:12-16 “Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of [his] good pleasure. 14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings: 15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; 16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.”

‘Demons Ended Up Getting Ahold of Him,’ Says Sister of Man Who Killed Two at Texas Church
Heather Clark | Christian News – The sister of the troubled transient man who opened fire inside of a Texas church on Sunday, killing two before being taken down by a security guard within seconds, says that he likely carried out the attack because he was haunted by his brother’s suicide and that day was his brother’s birthday.
“[I]t was Sunday. It was his brother’s birthday, and he just — demons just ended up getting ahold of him,” Amy Kinnunen, who lives in Oklahoma, told local television station KJRH.
Yes, I am sure Demons were involved. Demon Possession is much more common than people are led to believe. I would bet he was also on, or at one time was on Psychiatric Medications. 99.9% of all of these killers were found out to have been on them! More and more people are being put on Psychotropic Drugs because of depression, or excessive anger, what I call the Jekyll and Hyde syndrome, etc. This is nothing more than demon possession, or at the very least, severe demon oppression or influence! The inserts that come with the drugs that these people are given clearly state, that they may CAUSE thoughts of suicide and can alter a person’s personality. Even the commercials advertising these drugs include the warnings. Pay attention the next time you hear one of these ads. The side effects are 3/4 of the ad time!!! Oh, and some of these crazies have actually been victims of a Mind Control Program!
Any drugs which alter your state of consciousness open you up to demonic influence. Some will argue with you that drugs such as peyote or marijuana are “natural” because they are grown not manufactured. BE WISE and AWARE, the world has been polluted. Just because things seem to be part of nature, that is not always the case. We know and have evidence that the fallen angels POLLUTED EVERYTHING. They messed with the DNA of all people, animals and plant life. ANY DRUG, that changes your level of consciousness opens you up to demonic influence. People must become aware that we are at WAR. We have been at WAR since the fall of man. The battle in which we find ourselves on a daily basis is not fought with physical weapons and artillery. No, we are in a spiritual war. The battle is for our minds! We MUST be vigilant about guarding our minds, hearts and spirits from the influence of demonic spirits. God warns us repeatedly.
2nd Corinthians 10:3-5 “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”
1st Peter 5:8-9 “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.”
Proverbs 4:20-27 “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they [are] life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. 23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it [are] the issues of life. 24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. 25 Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. 26 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. 27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.”
1st Chronicles 28:9 “And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.”
You cannot even discern your own thoughts, beliefs and emotions, because of the sin in your life. Only by the Holy Spirit can you discover truth.
Jeremiah 17:9 “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
You need God’s help to stand, to protect your heart and mind. God provides HIS armor for that very purpose. If you will notice, the ARMOR of God is all about protecting your mind and heart, resisting the evil one and STANDING YOUR GROUND.
Ephesians 6:10-18 “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”
Listen to what this young man’s sister had to say.
She explained to reporters that her brother, Joel Kinnunen, then 30, died 10 years ago from a drug overdose.
Her other brother, Keith, 43, “was a lost soul that had demons from a childhood,” and even though the family was brought up in a Christian home, it wasn’t until Joel died that Keith began to think on matters of faith.
Being brought up in a Christian home does NOT make you a Christian. The term “Christian” in today’s society, has lost all meaning. It is used flippantly and with a broad stroke. A lot of those who claim to be Christians are far from it. And most religions that claim to be Christian are not, i.e. Catholicism! Here is the problem. Religion WILL NOT and CAN NOT save you, nor can it keep you from being overwhelmed and caught up in SIN, no matter how devoted or sincere you might be! Also, growing up in a ‘Christian home” does not mean you are protected from Sin, or that you automatically go to Heaven.
Every single person on earth, must come to the realization that they are a sinner, repent of those sins, accept the GIFT of salvation provided by Jesus Christ, and invite HIM into their life allowing Him to make them a new creature. That paves the way for the HOLY SPIRIT to come and empower them to walk in righteousness and discover God’s plans for their life. The Holy Spirit gives us the power to overcome sin and obey God’s commands. This is the ONLY WAY to obtain God’s provision, protection, and promises.
Take a look at the details of this young man’s life and think about what they reveal.
He had been in and out of jail on a number of occasions since 1998.
“He’s been arrested and charged numerous times in Tucson, Arizona; Fort Worth, Texas; and Grady County, Oklahoma, where he was arrested in a domestic violence case in 2011 and charged with felony aggravated assault and battery,” Heavy reports.
“He later pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault and battery charge and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and given credit for already serving that time. In 2012, he was arrested again in Oklahoma and charged with third-degree arson.”
Kinnunen also was arrested on theft, narcotics and disorderly conduct charges, and his first wife took out a restraining order against him, likewise advising that he believed he had a demon.
“Keith is a violent, paranoid person with a long line of assault and batteries with and without firearms. He is a religious fanatic; says he’s battling a demon. He is not nice to anyone,” she wrote in court documents, according to NBC News Dallas-Fort Worth.
It is highly possible that this young man was abused at some point in his childhood, which might explain his inclination toward abuse of himself and others. The use of drugs, as I stated previously, ALWAYS opens up doors for demonic influence which most often manifests itself in sexual aggression and violence. Those are traits of demonic spirits. When this happens, it is actually not the person acting out that is the driving force, it is the spirit influencing them, driving them to commit these heinous acts. That is why the person often does not remember or recognize that they committed the acts, once they come back to themselves. When they do acknowledge their participation, they do not understand what drove them to do it. Often, they will say things like “I heard a voice, telling me to do it”. They are not imagining that the demonic spirits are speaking to them.
His second wife told reporters that she knew he was mentally ill and that the last time she spoke with him — three years ago — he “wasn’t right in his mind,” but she didn’t know what to say or do to help him.
According to reports, Kinnunen had visited West Freeway Church of Christ several times to ask for food and/or money, which was not unusual for the location, as the homeless would come there for assistance. He was provided with food and compassion, but would get “mad when we won’t give him cash,” according to minister Britt Farmer.
And while Kinnunen began to look to the Lord in 2009 following his brother’s death, “[h]e just got broken and nobody could fix him,” childhood friend Bill McGaughey told the New York Times. “I think he just wanted to be done with life.”
Correct! No one could fix him, that is no man could. Only Jesus Christ and his shed blood on the Cross of Calvary can fix a lost soul and cast out the demons. I suspect no one around him knew the solution!
“Why he did it this way, I have no idea,” his sister Amy stated. “He did it in the church because he was extremely religious, and I feel like that I’m confident that he was praying to the good Lord up to the last minute.” Read more at Christian News

What is religion? “ Religion is people being involved in Created Religious activities based on the concepts of Man!” – (Jon Watkins) Religion is all about the worship of self, false gods and idols! It has NOTHING to do what-so-ever with the Gospel of Jesus Christ! See Are you Religious? Every Human Being needs to Lose their Religion!
Sadly, Churches today have nothing to do with GOD! They are owned and operated by the state. You will not learn how to pray and worship God in a Church. Pastors today don’t even know how to pray and worship GOD, how on earth can they lead the flock?? Do you know that when people come to a pantry/storehouse to receive assistance with food and clothing, even if it is run by Christian Churches, they are not allowed to pray with people who come there?? So as not to OFFEND anyone. PRAYER is really the only thing that CAN help those people. Food will be eaten, and clothes will wear out… but inviting GOD into their lives could change them forever!!!
That is one of the things that happens when a church receives money from the Government. 501c3 Churches are not serving GOD, they are serving the GOVERNMENT! The government tells them what they can and cannot do and/or say. They should be praying with and praying for EVERY SINGLE PERSON who comes to the church for assistance. Giving them food/clothing/money is only a temporary aid but inviting GOD into their lives can CHANGE THINGS permanently. The pantry/clothes closet is a tool for outreach, a way to get people to come to GOD for help. The CHURCH should never have allowed the government to tell them when, where and how to PRAY! Prayer WORKS! It is really the only thing that can change things.
What is Prayer?? Prayer is COMMUNICATION WITH GOD! You speak, He listens, HE SPEAKS, YOU LISTEN. It is a TWO-WAY COMMUNION!! It is a movement toward GOD to invite Him into your daily affairs. It is turning to Him for answers to your struggles rather than your own resources or those of men. It is a spiritual interchange/give-and-take/neworking with your Creator. THAT is what changes lives. How many people REALLY PRAY?? IF the people at his church really knew how to pray, they could have seen him delivered from the spirits that tormented him. Sadly, they did not even pray at all. Churches today are POWERLESS. WHY? Because they have shut out the Holy Spirit.
2nd Timothy 3:1-5 “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
Sorry lady, but someone in the act of murdering people because they are mad at them or mad at the world, is not praying to GOD! At that point, THEY ARE NOT IN THEIR RIGHT MIND. Obviously, this was the case with this young man, as was already stated by the second wife, she recognized that he was not in his right mind! If he was indeed a Christian, then we’re are in the midst of Blood on the Altar: Christian against Christian!
The wisdom of man tells us what men suppose. The Bible tells us what God knows!
The first murderer, Cain, had a problem will killing an animal for a sacrifice to God, but had no problem killing his brother as a sacrifice to his god Satan! Cain was religious and figured he could offer up the fruit of his hands, vegetables, as a sin offering to the LORD, even though God had laid out the requirements for sacrifice. Cain wanted to worship God his own way. He was disobedient and rebellious. Religion is rebellion against God and his Written Word! The same is true throughout history, man wants to do things his own way. To shape God into his image, rather than allowing God to change him back into the image and likeness of GOD as God had intended from the beginning.
Genesis 1:26 “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”
Now, the young, man in today’s story, has been called “extremely religious” being religious he may have been against Abortion, the murder of babies, but just like Cain, he had no problem with killing his (brothers) fellow “ religious’ people in the church.
What is the Sin Nature?
Everyone who was EVER born has a Sin Nature. The Sin Nature is simply this — you have a natural proclivity to commit sin due to the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Some of us, have let’s say, a more violent Sin Nature than others. I was/am one of those. I would fight you just for looking at me the wrong way, and when I was drinking, well Katy bar the doors. It was not pretty.
I guess that is why, after I was Born Again and the Sin Nature was put to sleep, the movie Sergeant York became my all-time favorite movie. If you have not seen it, I encourage you to go watch it. Now I was never in the armed services, but I was a drunken hell-raiser just like Alvin C York, that is until Jesus came into my life!!! Today I am peaceful and try to keep the peace the very best I can.
Romans 6:6 “Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.”
The Sin Nature lays dormant in most Christians who know how to keep it at bay. Unless you know how to do that, the Sin Nature will keep you in bondage to Sin. Some of you may have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and were good for a period of time, then slowly returned to your old ways. Maybe drinking, drugging, smoking, lusting, whoring or any of the other multitudes of issues. Maybe some of those issues never did stop. That is the Sin Nature not being totally subdued due to the wrong focus on what and who saved you. The series on Sin Nature posted at the bottom of this article will help you understand a little better and offers the solution.
Now, have you ever had something trigger you and cause you to go off like a double barrel shotgun? I have and surely will again! Then, when you came back to your right mind, you wondered what made me do that? Yea you guessed it. That was the Sin Nature, the Old Man or Woman in you that was suddenly resuscitated, brought back to life that pushed the Divine Nature out of the way. There is NO WAY to rid yourself of it while in this flesh, your physical body. Again, if you pay close attention while watching the video series you will learn that truth.

Now on to what is passed down as a result of the Sin Nature. I wrote a 12 part series titled Generational, Ancestral and Family Curses that takes you from the Garden of Eden and shows you how and why the Sin Nature, a Curse, is handed down. Here is part of the introduction.
Curses: What are they and do they really exist?
In this series, you will be surprised to find out who is cursed!! The first article in this series will define what the curse is and how it’s passed on. In the next, who is vulnerable, and finally how you can break the Curse.
There are three gates by which curses enter into a person.
Born Into: The first is laid upon us as we pass through the birth canal. As the person enters this fallen world at birth, SIN enters in and they become subject to the Sin Nature.
Inherited: The second, is through the bloodline. Mankind has been on this earth for thousands of years, so at this point NONE of us is without the influence of this kind of sin and the subsequent curses. Our family lines are full of people who have given ground to the enemy. Unfortunately, for us, these sins/curses are passed down to us from one generation to the next. The effect is in our blood, which causes us to be born with the proclivity (inclination/predisposition) to commit the same sin. That does not necessarily mean that we cannot avoid it, it just means that it is prevalent, the drive is powerful, and it takes great effort to overcome it.
Elected: The third, is through our own choices, those SINS that we commit of our own volition. Once we commit a sin, the gate is open, and it is slippery slope. Now we not only have to battle our own inclination toward sin, but the lure of that sin is coupled with the driving forces of the demonic entities that have been given permission to influence us in that same area. Sin never is satisfied. It always demands MORE! The sensation/elation/pleasure that motivated us to commit the sin in the first place, now is not available unless we push the envelope a little more, go a little farther. Of course, each step opens the floodgate a little wider allowing greater numbers of demons, and even more powerful demons to enter. It takes increasingly more drinks, or hits, or snorts, or milligrams to get high. It takes increasingly more violence in our kinky sex to get off. Torture isn’t enough, now you have to kill someone to feel the power. Whatever the sin… it is ALWAYS progressive. After the first couple times, you don’t even feel the slightest tinge of guilt. Your conscience has been seared. It gets harder and harder to hear from God until you can’t hear from GOD anymore. There is no peace, no rest. Finally, there are only evil thoughts, constantly. Your life becomes filled with torment.
Genesis 6:5 “And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”
Saved or unsaved, anyone involved in Satanism, Witchcraft, false religion with the worship of idols, or any other occult activity will as a direct result, end up under demonic possession, or at the very least, demonic oppression and a curse. Anyone taking blood oaths of any kind, whether that be blood brothers as kids, blood oaths in fraternities at school/college, blood oaths in any club or organization will likewise bring demonic oppression/possession and the curse. There is a certain good ole boys club known for doing what society calls “good works” however this is a facade any “good” they do will not save them from the demonic influences or the curse they bring on themselves. They are trying to WORK their way into Heaven, to establish for themselves “another way” and reject God’s perfect plan of salvation. The bible says, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23
Judgement comes first to the House of the Lord, so let’s deal with the Sin Nature of God’s people, as the majority of Churches will NEVER address this issue. The Word of God is written to His people and not the heathen, the unsaved. The Old Testament deals with Israel and its sin against God, not the heathen, those who served other gods. The world had forgotten the Creator. The masses had turned to the fallen angels for their provision and protection. God called His people out of the darkness of deception and gave them TRUTH.
We see this in 2nd Chronicles 7:13-14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.”
Note that He specifically addresses His people and says they are wicked and sinning. Many sin out of ignorance. Because of apostate teachings from Church leaders many believe that the Old Testament has nothing to do with us today. That is a lie, right out of the pit of HELL. The WORD of God is for His people. EVERY WORD, EVERY DOT AND TITTLE.
Matthew 5:18 “For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”
Everything about the OLD Testament is there to point the World to the Coming Savior! The Hebrew people were chosen to live out the Law for us to see and understand that there is no way for ANYONE to meet the standards! This is the reason we need a Savior. The Old Testament is a for-shadow that points to the New and the New Testament is the fulfillment of what the Old revealed. The heathens living in the time of OLD TESTAMENT, were ruled and enslaved by the fallen angels and their descendants who declared themselves to be gods! They DID NOT know the True Creator God but worshiped false gods and idols. In my next post, I will address, in more depth, the ancestral idolatry that was handed down to God’s people. I will also post an article to address Satanism, witchcraft and other occult activity which were born out of this idol worship.

Feasting on just Milk and Junk will eventually cause you great harm, you can count on it!!
