(WCPO) FRANKFORT, Ky. — A former Campbell County District Judge now faces 20 felony charges and two misdemeanors involving sex trafficking of minors between 2010 and 2017, according to a news release from Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear.
Tim Nolan, 70, was charged Thursday with two felony counts each of human trafficking with a person under age 18 and human trafficking with an adult. The attorney general also filed a charge of unlawful transaction with a minor.
